- A toboggan run (measuring over 450 m in length, skilled tobogganers can reach a speed of 40 km/h) located approx. 600 m from the hotel
- Jogging and Nordic Walking
- Walks along the main promenade and in the park combined with tasting of therapeutic mineral waters supporting the metabolism, used in the treatment of many diseases
- Walks in forests to see a beautiful panoramic view of the entire Polanica-Zdrój
- Hiking in mountains
